Sales Progress LLC is an innovative sales performance management firm that develops non-traditional solutions to help organizations increase sales. Sales Progress has been in business over 11 years and working with publicly traded companies, large international manufacturing organizations, Banks, Professional Sports Teams, etc. The goal is always to build solutions that helps organizations increase sales and customer service levels.

  • WEB University – we have a full spectrum of web-based courses in the fields of selling, customer service, and sales management / coaching, The WEB University also comes with a Learning Management System (LMS) that tracks employee usage and test scores
  • Sales Progress Coaching System – This product teaches a specific methodology used at numerous companies to increase sales. The methodology comes with a web-based software application that graphically and statistically tracks employee development. It comes with unlimited learning and support services for both staff and management.
  • Sales ScoreBoard – The Sales ScoreBoard is an assessment services that surveys a specific group, broadcasts its results to a Live ScoreBoard (no queries required)
  • Sales Superstar – This program is solely dedicated to those individual or organizations who desire to have staff members trained and coached to reach their highest level of performance. Sales Progress possesses the skills and history to develop average sales people into Sales Superstars!
  • TOUCH – TOUCH is a combination of Sales ScoreBoard and customer service development. First, anyone within any department who interacts with customers will be trained through a 6 module program on how to develop great customer service. Next, each department is than assessed by customers in regard to customer service levels. The results are broadcast to a Live ScoreBoard showing which departments are hitting desired levels and who are not. The results are also turned into e-coaching instruction to address the “specific” results.
  • Interactive Seminars (i-Seminars) – Sales Progress has a wide spectrum of courses that can be emailed right to a student’s desktop.
  • Live Interactive Webinars – Live webinars are provided both fee and free based. The topics are in the areas of sales coaching, selling, and customer service.
